    Fine Rooftop Bar, Efficient Business Facilities, Polished Event Execution

    The service charges for items such as extra glasses were unexpected!!! Parking was difficult to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. Wi-Fi connectivity issues persisted throughout my stay, affecting my ability to work effectively!!!

    The location is decent, but don't even get me started on the breakfast. It's 22 euros for a self-service ordeal where the eggs are not cooked fresh. I also couldn't believe the lack of smart TV access, what is this, the dark ages? An upgrade woudl ve been nice, given all these issues. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

    The spa was very nice. Spacious with a variety of pools, saunas and steam rooms. Breakfast had so much variety, catering to all diets! Staff were super attentive, especially during our Asian fusion meal on floor 28. It was delicious!
